1.Dice up your chicken breasts and marinade 2 with your pesto then 2 with your cajun. |

2Fold up your foil (As Shown In Video) and make your little pods within your oven tray. |

3.Add your chicken into separate pods then add in your veggies to the middle. |

4.Cook at 180c/350f for 20 minutes. |

5.While your chicken is cooking add your rice into a pan followed by 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes. |

6.Serve into your Tupperware and store for the week ahead. |
