Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 15oz can of Black Beans, rinsed and drained
\n\u2013 15oz can of Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
\n\u2013 15oz can of Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
\n\u2013 15oz can of Diced Tomatoes, rinsed and drained
\n\u2013 3\/4 cup of Salsa
\n\u2013 1 1\/2 cup minced Onions
\n\u2013 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
\n\u2013 2-3 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
\n\u2013 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder
\n\u2013 1 Tbsp of\u00a0Tumeric
\n\u2013 1 Tbsp Parsley
\n\u2013 Pepper, Sea Salt Garlic Powder , Oregano , Basil<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Cook Onions with olive oil. Set aside
\n2. Mix the beans, tomatoes, salsa in a big casserole
\n3. Add onions, lime juice, chili powder, tumeric\u2026 also, use a little bit of sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
\n4. Cook for about 20 mins at medium heat<\/p>\n
