- teaspoon Dijon Mustard<\/li>\n
- teaspoon fresh Ginger<\/li>\n
- Red Peppers, sliced thin<\/li>\n
- cups Broccoli<\/li>\n
- Scallions, chopped<\/li>\n
- cup Parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, water, oil, garlic, ginger, mustard,<\/li>\n
- Add sliced meat and stir to coat. Set aside.<\/li>\n
- Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Coat with cooking\u00a0spray.<\/li>\n
- Cook Broccoli and Pepper, stirring until veggies are\u00a0crisp tender<\/li>\n
