Ingredients:<\/p>\n

– 150g Lean Ground Beef\"IMG_3240\"<\/a>
\n– 1 1\/2 Burger Bun (Can use any bun or bread you like)
\n– 1 Shallot, diced
\n– 3 Mini Pickles, sliced
\n– 1 tbsp Low Sugar Ketchup
\n– 1 tbsp Low Fat Mayo
\n– 1 tbsp English Mustard
\n– 1\/2 tsp Stevia
\n– 1 tsp Paprika
\n– 1 tsp Basil
\n– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
\n– 1 Pinch Sea Salt
\n– 3 Lettuce Leaves, sliced into strips
\n– 1 low fat cheese slice<\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

1. In a bowl add your beef and seasonings. Mix together and form two thin patties.
\n2. Preheat your oven to 428f\/220c and cook your burgers for 6-8 minutes depending how you like them.
\n3. In a bowl add your ketchup, mayo, mustard and stevia. Mix well.
\n4. Build up your burger like this:<\/p>\n

– Bottom Bun
\n– 1 tbsp of Sauce
\n– 1\/2 your onion
\n– 1\/2 your Lettuce
\n– Cheese
\n– Beef Patty
\n– Middle Bun
\n– Sauce
\n– Onion
\n– Lettuce
\n– Pickles
\n– Meat Patty
\n– Top Bun<\/p>\n
