Recipe:<\/p>\n

1\/2 avocado<\/p>\n

1 birdseye chilli<\/p>\n

1 handful coriander<\/p>\n

Sea Salt<\/p>\n

Black Pepper<\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp Paprika<\/p>\n

1\/2 lime, juice<\/p>\n

1 whole egg<\/p>\n

2 egg whites<\/p>\n

1 tsp butter<\/p>\n

2 slices of rye bread, toasted<\/p>\n

2 sliced smoked prosciutto<\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

  1. In a bowl add your avocado, coriander, chilli, sea salt, pepper, paprika and lime juice. Mix together well.<\/li>\n
  2. In your pan on medium heat add your eggs, butter and season. Cook until your desired consistency.<\/li>\n
  3. Fry off your prosciutto for 2-3 minutes then plate up and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
