High Protein Mango Smoothie Bowl
The Muscle Cook’s Protein Mango Smoothie Bowl!
Ingredients:
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 230mls/1 cup Almond Milk
– 1 cup/165g Mango Chunks
– 1 Banana
– 4 Ice Cubes
– 1/2 cup/120g Frozen Pineapple
– 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
– 1 tbsp Almond Flakes
– 4 or 5 Frozen Grapes
Method:
1. Blend up your mango, almond milk, ice, protein powder, pineapple and banana.
2. Pour into a bowl then dress with your chia seeds, almonds and grapes.
