Blueberry Bircher Oats

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2-3 tbsp chopped cashews
- Stevia to taste if required
Method:
- Before bed mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, peanut butter and stevia together well, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning begin layering your breakfast into whatever jar you like. 1 tbsp of your oat mix then a layer of frozen blueberries. Keep layering until you fill the jar.
- Dress with some cashews and a little drizzle of honey!
