Blueberry Bircher Oats



  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped cashews
  • Stevia to taste if required


  1. Before bed mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, peanut butter and stevia together well, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning begin layering your breakfast into whatever jar you like. 1 tbsp of your oat mix then a layer of frozen blueberries. Keep layering until you fill the jar.
  3. Dress with some cashews and a little drizzle of honey!
