Texas Rubbed Beef
Ingredients
2 x 6oz sirloin steaks
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients.
2. Press the rub into both sides of the meat and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to grilling to intensify flavors.
3. Grill 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through grilling time.
4. Enjoy!
