The Muscle Mac
Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 150g Lean Ground Beef
– 1 1/2 Burger Bun (Can use any bun or bread you like)
– 1 Shallot, diced
– 3 Mini Pickles, sliced
– 1 tbsp Low Sugar Ketchup
– 1 tbsp Low Fat Mayo
– 1 tbsp English Mustard
– 1/2 tsp Stevia
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1 tsp Basil
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Pinch Sea Salt
– 3 Lettuce Leaves, sliced into strips
– 1 low fat cheese slice
Method:
1. In a bowl add your beef and seasonings. Mix together and form two thin patties.
2. Preheat your oven to 428f/220c and cook your burgers for 6-8 minutes depending how you like them.
3. In a bowl add your ketchup, mayo, mustard and stevia. Mix well.
4. Build up your burger like this:
– Bottom Bun
– 1 tbsp of Sauce
– 1/2 your onion
– 1/2 your Lettuce
– Cheese
– Beef Patty
– Middle Bun
– Sauce
– Onion
– Lettuce
– Pickles
– Meat Patty
– Top Bun
