High Protein Peanut Butter Cups
Makes 6-7 cups – 1 serving = 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp stevia
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 130g natural peanut butter
- 30g cocoa powder
Method:
- Stir everything together and pour into 6-7 silicon cupcake liners.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes
