High Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Makes 6-7 cups  –  1 serving = 3 cups


  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 130g natural peanut butter
  • 30g cocoa powder


  1. Stir everything together and pour into 6-7 silicon cupcake liners.
  2. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes

The directions say “Stir everything together and pour into… cupcake liners.”. How do you get it to look like the photo if you mix all the ingredients together?
