6oz Rump Steak

1/2 Whole Cauliflower

1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

4 Spears Asparagus

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 cup Chicken Stock

1 tsp Chilli Oil

Sea Salt

Black Pepper
Directions
Method:
1. Add your cauliflower into a dry pan on a low heat and cook for 10 minutes simply to remove the moisture. Pour into a bowl and set to one side.
2. In a separate pan, season + sear your steak for 1 1/2 minutes on each side then leave to rest for 3-4 minutes.
3. In a small pot, add your stock and bring to the boil, add your nut butter and mix together until it forms a creamy sauce. Pour into the bowl with your cauliflower and mix well.
4. Slice up your steak, place on top of the cauli rice and serve with some seared asparagus.
