Ingredients

1 cup, cooked Brown Rice

1 tsp Coconut Milk

1 thumb size piece Ginger

1 clove, minced Garlic

1 tsp Desiccated Coconut

1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Directions
Method:
1. Sautee off your ginger and garlic then add 1 heaped teaspoon of coconut milk. Allow that to break down and mix well.
2. Add your Tumeric, Chilli powder and desiccated coconut then mix well again
3. Finally add in your cooked rice and mix together well before topping with any protein source you enjoy 🙂
